John Sagasta has been a local entrepreneur and die hard coffee lover for over a decade. Back in the day Sagasta started with a small split shop inside a hair salon off of Indian School; from there he joined forces with Conspire in 2008 which began his coffee selling adventures. As his concept became recognized by locals, artists, and coffee connoisseurs business started to boom. After hiring some new folks and expanding hours the time had come to find a new home, which led to opening Jobot just north of the Lost Leaf.

JO-BISCUITS & GRAVY 2 golden in house baked biscuits covered in our Shrieners chorizo red gravy, Topped with 2 over easy eggs, with a side of crispy potatoes
APPLE BACON PECAN CRÉPE CAKES Homemade apple fritter filling mixed with crepe batter and poured into four silver dollar cakes. Each cake filled with chunks of applewood smoked bacon and toasted pecans, topped with blue cheese crumbles and powdered sugar.

Beats N Brunch
Every Sunday from 10am – 3pm for “Beats & Brunch” featuring weekly food and drink specials. The type of tunes we play always varies, though the DJ makes sure you’re having a good time! We source local as much as possible and currently offer coffee roasted by Cartel Coffee Lab, and we use Schriener’s Fine Sausage chorizo. We are always adding new and fun events, like Jobingo and First Friday specials, alongside must have Jobot merch created by local artists. Come on down and check us out for brunch, lunch, drinks, or an after hour snack!
